Genome Atlantic is involved in gene research that can make a real difference to Atlantic Canada.
Since our start in 2000, we've enabled over $70 million in large-scale, world-class genomics research throughout the Atlantic regions. Our projects have covered a range of sectors, including health, agriculture and aquaculture. You can find descriptions of these projects through the tabs above.
There are many ways that you can be involved in that research – from funding, to providing industry expertise and input, to performing the actual scientific research.
You can learn more about these opportunities in the tabs above. You can also contact us with your ideas, challenges or opportunities.
